Dr. Effie Katsis

Dr. Effie Katsis is a registered chiropractor in Ontario with more than twenty years of clinical experience in private practice and multidisciplinary pain management environments.
Her work focuses on the thoughtful assessment and management of acute injuries, either from sport or the demands of life, as well as complex neuromusculoskeletal and persistent pain conditions.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDOver the course of her career, Dr. Effie has developed a practice philosophy centred on thoughtful assessment, whole-person care, and individualized treatment.
Her approach integrates evidence-informed chiropractic care with manual therapy, rehabilitation, patient education, and movement-based strategies to support lasting change. Experience across private practice, multidisciplinary care, the Toronto Headache and Pain Clinic, and hospital-based chronic pain programs has shaped a clinical perspective that looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand the broader factors influencing health and function.
